Ordering and Payment
Q. Can I only order via the website?
A. We would prefer to receive your orders via the website. However, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8022 3670.
Q. Is there a minimum order to fulfill?
A. There is no minimum order to use our services. However, there is a minimum order of $70 to qualify for 2-way free delivery.
For orders below $70, we need to charge $20 for two way delivery.
If you do not wish to pay for delivery, please use our drop off service. Please visit our “How to Order” page for more details.
Q. How can I make payment?
A. You can make payment when you check out on our website via your credit or debit card. For other payment enquiries, please contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8022 3670.
Return
Q. When will my items be returned?
A. Your items will be returned within 3~4 working days after the day of collection. We will send you an update via email or Whatsapp on the day we are returning your items.
Q. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
A. If no one is home during delivery, we will place your cleaned items at your doorstep and send you a confirmation notification via email or Whatsapp.

Delivery
Q. Is my address eligible for delivery?
A. Yes, we offer island-wide delivery. However for Sentosa area, we have to charge $26 enforced to charge for entry.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Orders that are $70 and above can enjoy free delivery. For orders below $70, we charge $20 for two-way delivery (collect and return). Please note that for Sentosa area, we might have to charge $26 enforced to charge for the entry.

Q. When are your delivery hours?
A. Our delivery hours are 9am-5pm. We apologize that we will not be able to accommodate specific delivery timing requests. If you will not be home during delivery hours, please kindly opt for contactless delivery.
Collection
Q. When will my items be collected?
A. Select the date you want us to come to collect your items before you proceed with completing payment. Upon completing your order on our website, we will collect your items from your address at your requested date for collection.
Q. What happens if I'm not home during pick-up?
A. You can opt for contactless delivery. For contactless delivery, please place your items outside of your home – please label it with ‘the kind wash #order number‘ so we know which are the right items to collect.
After collecting your items, we will send you a confirmation notification via Whatsapp.
Q. When failure of collection by customer's mistake happens,
A. Please notify us by latest 10am on your day of collection if you wish to change your collection date and we will do our best to accommodate. In the case of no show without prior notification, we unfortunately will have to charge you an extra $12 for the repeated pick up trip.
