A. You can make payment when you check out on our website via your credit, debit card or Paynow. For other payment enquiries, please contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8022 3670.
A. Yes, we offer island-wide delivery. to charge $20. However for Sentosa area, we have to charge $46 enforced to charge for entry and remote delivery.
A. We charge $20 for two-way delivery (collect and return). Please note that for Sentosa area, we have to charge extra $26 enforced for remote delivery and entry charge.

A. Our collection hours are 8am-1pm. Return hours are 1pm – 6pm. We apologizes that we will not be able to accommodate specific delivery timing requests due to maximized daily route. If you will not be home during delivery hours, please kindly opt for contactless delivery.
A. Your items will be returned within 2 working days after the day of collection. We will send you an update via email or Whatsapp on the day we are returning your items.
A. If no one is home during delivery, we will place your cleaned items at your doorstep and send you a confirmation notification via email or Whatsapp.

A. Select the date you want us to come to collect your items before you proceed with completing payment. Upon completing your order on our website, we will collect your items from your address at your requested date for collection.
A. You can opt for contactless delivery. For contactless delivery, please place your items outside of your home – please label it with “the kind wash #order number” so we know which are the right items to collect.
After collecting your items, we will send you a confirmation notification via Whatsapp.
A. Please notify us by latest 9am your day of collection if you wish to change your collection date and we will do our best to accommodate. In the case of no show without prior notification, we unfortunately will have to charge you an extra $12 for the repeated pick up trip.
