Store Drop Off

The Kind Wash has partnered with Atlas Podiatry to provide a convenient location for customers who wish to drop off and collect their shoes for cleaning at no additional charges (for orders below $70)

Turnaround time will be 1 week.

Collection and Return will take place once a week, on every Wednesday.

Here's how you can enjoy our store drop off services:

Step 1:
Contact The Kind Wash via Whatsapp to
inform us of your desire to use our drop off service

Step 2:  
Complete your order by making a payment via PayNow (details to be provided via Whatsapp). Upon receiving your payment, we will issue you with an order number.

Step 3:
Drop off your shoes at Atlas Podiatry

9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
9am-1pm (Sat)
*Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
*If you are dropping off between 1-2pm (lunchtime)
kindly give Atlas Podiatry a call at 6235 8616 before visiting

When dropping off your shoes, please place your shoes in a bag,
and label the bag with your name & order number

Step 4: 
Drop-off & Return will take place every Wednesday of the week
(in the case of public holiday, it will be moved to the next working day)

The Kind Wash will notify customers via Whatsapp
once their order has been collected. 

E.g:
Shoes that are dropped off at Atlas Podiatry by Tuesday, 6pm (7 June) will be collected on Wednesday (8 June), and will be cleaned and returned to Atlas Podiatry the next Wednesday (15 June). 

Shoes that are dropped off between Wednesday (8 June) to Tuesday (14 June) will only be picked up for cleaning on Wednesday (15 June), and will be returned the following Wednesday (22 June)

Step 5: 
Customers will be contacted by The Kind Wash to
pick up their cleaned shoes from Atlas Podiatry once it's ready for return

Shoes not collected within 30 days from date of return will be disposed
