The Kind Wash will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the service provided. The Kind Wash shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that has been incurred to the customer’s item throughout the duration of the service process.
Our cleaning services are recommended only for hygiene and maintenance purposes. Our cleaning services are targeted at the reduction of stains and will not be able to reverse any damages caused by wear and tear. For the avoidance of doubt, we cannot guarantee any results from the use of our service(s).
As all materials have inherent faults to them, we can only clean as much as the condition of the item allows. Specific expectations and requests by the customer should also be clarified with us before proceeding with the service, however the ability to fulfill these requests are dependent on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the quick turnaround of our service, we keep a strict cancellation policy. We reserve the rights to deny cancellations if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the service after processing the order of payment. However, if the need for cancellation of service arises due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us within 12 hours after ordering. However, do note that delivery charges ($20) are not refundable. This applies even for orders $70 and above with complimentary delivery.
We keep a strict refund policy. We strongly suggest for you to make a final inspection during actual day of collection to determine any defects/damage on the spot. If there is any defect detected upon delivery of your items, please notify us within 12 hours of collection.
Liability Policy
As we received items in all conditions for cleaning, we are not responsible for any minor damages that happen in the process of deep cleaning. However, in the event that the item becomes non-functional due to our negligence for which we may accept liability, such liability shall not exceed SGD $100, and provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the item, and the original receipt must be presented. The item, must be retained by us upon settlement of claim.
The Kind Wash is also not liable for any lost items after we have completed delivery (a photo will be taken as proof of delivery completion). For any questions, please contact us at admin@thekindwash.com.sg
